The Neper Residence is a multi-family residential development in Villa Belgrano, Córdoba, composed of 86 apartments across five low-rise towers. Set within one of Córdoba’s most established residential neighbourhoods, the project explores a more intimate way of living, shaped around landscape, privacy, everyday comfort and a calm connection to the surrounding environment.
Built around generous green areas, outdoor amenities and the restored 1910 house, now transformed into a clubhouse, the development balances contemporary living with a strong sense of memory and place. Exterior spaces, water, vegetation and views toward the Córdoba hills become part of the daily experience, creating a residential atmosphere that feels open, grounded and connected to nature.
