The Floating Table

This project focuses on the interior architectural development and spatial redefinition of a private residence, with the goal of enhancing functionality, spatial clarity, and overall living quality.

The scope includes the refinement of layout strategies, integration of architectural elements, and coordination of key design features such as the staircase, fireplace, and façade expression. Special attention is given to the relationship between interior and exterior spaces, incorporating elements like the patio and green roof to strengthen spatial continuity.

The project also involves the development of material and façade concepts, including timber cladding systems and high-quality surface selections, ensuring a cohesive architectural language throughout.

In this phase, the work is centered on defining the project in detail, allowing for accurate cost estimation and coordination with consultants. This includes the integration of preliminary structural and technical inputs, as well as the preparation of drawings, visualizations, and documentation required for further planning and approvals.
